Robert Okine awarded at Ghana Industry CEO Awards

Accra, Ghana, 26 November 2021 - The Ghana CEO Industry Award for the Most Respected CEO in the Information Technology category was conferred on Robert Okine, CEO of Bewsys.

The 2021 Ghana Industry CEOs Awards was the fourth of an annual awards scheme aimed at identifying and publicly recognizing the most outstanding chief executives in corporate Ghana across a wide range of sectors. Eligible awardees included CEOs of both private and public sector corporations and institutions. The ceremony which took place on 26th November, 2021 was well attended and consisted of keynote addresses by top tier representatives of government, the organized public sector and the diplomatic corp. 

The Information Technology category saw other esteemed industry players being nominated with Robert Okine emerging as the winner of the category. Awards were presented based on results after a period of voting by the general public.

This honor comes in recognition of Robert Okine’s work in advancing digital innovation and inclusion. Robert has led Bewsys to deliver life-changing information management systems to support sustainable development initiatives in the humanitarian sector across developing countries.
